late night convenience store needed outside the shopping

Anyone else think that there is scope for a newsagents or convinience store Outside of the main centre maybe around the bus interchange area? Apart from the spar over beside weatherspoons that is no other anywhere near the centre and that spar doesn't even open late. On the bus side there's people constantly looking for…

Anyone else think that there is scope for a newsagents or convinience store Outside of the main centre maybe around the bus interchange area?

Apart from the spar over beside weatherspoons that is no other anywhere near the centre and that spar doesn't even open late.

On the bus side there's people constantly looking for change no where to top up leap cards or get a proper tea or coffee.

Surely the demand would be there for a late night newsagents or convenience store over near where the buses are.

Any thoughts ?
