    Hi All,

Have approx.75 acre that I'd like to create a garden out of. I'm not much good with pen & paper, and would like an easy way to get an idea of how layouts etc. would work.

I've seen a suggestion in another thread to try Sketchup - but it looks like a severe learning curve would be required.

Is there any other software (PC) that any fellow gardeners can recommend?

    thanks in advance,

    SH

I never thought of looking into anything like this! I did mine with pen and paper but having software would have saved a lot of rubbing out!!!
Will be watching the thread eagerly.
If you don't find software though, maybe try squared paper which would allow you to accurately represent proportions of what you were planning.

    You could use this:

A bit basic - but no major learning curve required.
