    anyone know if this apartment block is still a little undesirable , thinking of buying an apartment there , cheaper than renting , their quite spacious inside

    depends what you compare it to , its hardly sheriff st in dublin ( no offense sheriff st ) , its not fancy il grant you that

    im just wondering if that block is as undesirable as they say , ive seen the apartments inside and they are spacious and well put together albeit lacking a decent view but for fifty grand , you cant expect central park

    avoid is all i can say, the elevator and all public areas are so dirty and run down it should tell you all u need to know. Apartments are also heated by storage heaters which cost a fortune to run, tv service is a few fta channels or you can get virgin mmds service not cable so no broadband, this service will be switched off next yr, as for getting sky the building has so little spaces on the roof its is extremely difficult to find anywhere to place a sat dish...
