We are absolutely brain dead at defending set pieces but also against defending against Bolaise and Zaha. Naive stuff.

Until klopp brings in his own players this is the type of result we can expect im affraid, we have far too many very average players and if klopp thinks he can turn this lot into winners then he is as crazy as he looks

Chelsea were moaning about decisions, i am talking about the game itself. If Liverpool played like palace today and won that game everyone would be saying Palace were the better team, liverpool deserved nothing.

If you make loads of chances and it defies belief how one of them didn't go in - goalline clearances, immense saves, hitting the wood work a load - then you can say you were unlucky not to win.

You can't say that if you were taking lots of bad shots or your finishing was just ****.

We were guilty of the latter today, and, as such, deserved nothing from this game.

Tough. They were like the proverbial eunuch in the hareem, up front especially. Ibe has an awful lot to learn, Firmino was largely anonymous again and I seriously wonder about paying £32m for Benteke, whose movement isnt a whole lot better than Balotelli. Klopp has a lot of work ahead of him, and that's not mentioning midfield and the keystone cops in the backline.

Am not even disappointed with today's result, there was plenty of positives to take and I think we played quite well. Just one of those games really.

Also the weak links were pretty clear Moreno, Can and Mignolet. So hopefully work being done to improve in these positions in the next two windows
