Mortgage Question

    Hi!
My partner and I received our sanction in principal based on his employment (permanent-full time). My job is contract part time and I was told could not be considered for the application, however my name would be on the mortgage.
I am finishing my contract in two weeks and will be immediately starting another contract for 3 months.
I would like to know will this have any effect on our application? Given that my previous earnings were not being considered, do I have to inform the bank of this?

    All advice appreciated!

It doesn't really make a difference as you are getting the mortgage through his earnings only. I wouldn't mention it.

You will only be part of that mortgage application if your job becomes permanent. Otherwise they don't want to know.

Thanks for your answers. I'll keep this detail to myself!
