Unanswered Emails - months of questions

    Hello i have sent 2 emails in the past 2 weeks both of which have been unanswered. I need to speak to someone about switching a business line to a home line however anytime i rang in the past couple of months to ask how, i get different answers. Hence the need for the email to be answered so i know the exact steps. This needs to be done asap at this stage.
