Fenit Harbour Development Progress

I thought it might be of interest to open a new thread following the progress of the significant development in Fenit Harbour: I started taking a few pictures over the recent time and will likely keep doing so to document the changes. That's what happened so far:

Anyone know if this will be solely for Liebherr's use or would there be a possibility of using it to attract other business to the area?
