Recommend good phone 200-250 price range

I'm thinking of getting my girlfriend a mobile for Xmas and Im hoping for some recommendations in the 200-250 price range. It needs to have at least 16 gig storage and have a decent camera. She had a Cubot X something but broke the screen, we attempted to repair it but things went horribly wrong when the glue used expanded…

I'd like a mainstream brand but would consider a chinese vendor that offers proper cover/warranty. There was no one that would fix the Cubot phone leading to having to repair it ourselves which ended up being a nightmare!

Moto G 3rd Gen with an sd card. E180 for the phone and E25 for the sd card.
