iPhone 6S Plus - Earpiece Crackle

Does anyone else have this issue? When I'm on a call, the earpiece makes this crackling raspy noise. I have to turn the volume down to about 30% to get rid of it. Any tips on solving it?

Don't have this issue with mine. Sounds like a defective unit.
