    So if a pub is busy it would be ok to for the bar staff to sell drink to somebody under age? Pretty sure no Gardai will agree with you, neither will a court. If you sell to a minor you broke the law, its that cut and dry.

    Gota say I think its great the HSE are doing these types of sting operations, alot of very lazy retail staff and shop owners out there that need a good kick up the arse for selling such products to kids and teenagers.

    Yeah theres plenty of jobs...... selling plants, does that do some damage to health or envoirnment? Nah it doesnt.

    Stalking and harrassment aren't the best things to consider when you're already facing prosecution for supplying a minor wouldn't be a good idea.

    You broke the law, you got fired so if you have any sort of issue with the punishment then that is down to your old employer not the inspector. He could have caught anyone out in your job that day but he caught you!
