One bedroom apartment

I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment in or around limerick city
Don't mind it being a small bit outside as i have transport but ideally within walking distance of the city

Am I crazy to think I would be about to get something decent for about 600 euro?

As I've been looking on daft and there's not much there.

Would i be better waiting until summer next year for the colleges to finish?

Don't want a house share I'd like my own space

I've never rented before so not really sure what to expect from it

thanks but its a little on the small size and isnt really in the best condition looks a bit dated

There isn't much of 1 bed apartments in limerick. It is usually 2 bed apartments or an extension of an existing house if anything ever comes up.

There were 1 bed apartments in bedford row, but its now renting at 700-750 and it rarely comes up this time of the year.

Would be be better off holding out until nearer to the summer when the students move back home?

I was actually considering a two bedroom but not sure if it'd be a waste or not
