eir evision go -does it work

A friend with evision got an email about eir evision go but cant get it to work on win7 laptop. when they try the message " page failed to load appears" has anyone got it working and if so how??

A friend with evision got an email about eir evision go but cant get it to work on win7 laptop.

when they try the message " page failed to load appears"

has anyone got it working and if so how??

Worked OK for me? I used firefox (41.02) on Windows 7 laptop and followed the link from the eir website.. Just needed to use the "my eir" login details to login and you need Silverlight.. All good so far.. think I will try the iOS app next :-)
