It's not a penalty you see given often, but technically by the laws of the game, it is a penalty. The "hand-to-ball" thing is only an interpretation, it's not black and white, and isn't a requirement for it be given.

The penalty was fair, just unexpected.

They keep showing the same replay for the peno. From that angle it looks extremely harsh. Arm is close to his body and not intentionally outstreching it to prevent the ball from passing him.

Bosnia have been poor,they had a good spell alright there for 5 minutes when our lads dropped off them,have to get more ball to the two lads Brady and Hendrick they are a threat down the left,linking up well

Very enjoyable game as a neutral, though the words of Gioachino Rossini come to mind "Wagner has good moments, but awful quarters of an hour", too much hoofing and ill chosen passes. Though the one-twos down the left side are the good moments.

Yep those two will help to see us through here. Bosnia still have hope while it's 1 nil. But we have made a few chances and deserve to be ahead. But of courage needed to get the second goal which will make it easier.
