If we have a table for swimming, then the bike definitely deserves one, given the relative level of importance.

Having just done my first for the season,i'll get it going

I'll play, but because my computer skills are not all that I'll have to get someone to update the table for me if that's ok.

Side question, all ye P2M users, what cranks are ye using? Looking at the FSA ones from a cost perspective or are the stiffer Rotor ones worth the extra? Weight doesn't bother me and my FTP is approx 280 so doubt I would be feeling any flex!

It's a mark to start from.

Stay away from FSA. My 3 yr old Gossamer crank cracked on my powermeter a few weeks ago. Am getting them replaced with Rotor

Rotor user too, no problems with them, only thing to note is if your taking them on and off the bolt you use to tighten the non drive side crank only goes to 4nm-5nm, not the 12nm that a shimano goes to.

not tested in a while. missed a few sessions over the last while, wasn't sure where this would be, but i'm more than happy with that. nothing left at the 20 mins mark.5 mins @ 354, 20 mins @ 321

Still carrying some holiday weight... :o:o:o

the 2 x 8min was a tester, then went and did a T5 @ 338w and went out too hard on T20 at 305w bailing at 12mins watts dropping.
RPE says I should have held 290w or so and that would match the 2 x 8 test too, and when more depth lands should be up at the 300 for 20min (historically T5 around the 35w above 20min).

As another sampler, I tried the below site and synced workouts.
Came out with threshold power at 274w as well so perhaps it does work reasonably well, or else just nabbed my 2 x 8m too...

Should add I don't take these as bible, fortunately have a 20k TT this weekend and a 40k TT next month which are better gauges outside.

May be worth others checking to see if returns similar figures.
Click advanced for the threshold power figure at bottom if so.

last 5 min was in the low 330 range.

said to the coach last night was as well as i have paced an ftp test. seriously tried to dig hard for the last minute, and honestly had nothing left. legs were still shaking this morning at 6am as i headed out the door for a run

Did another TT last night, FTP gone up from 281 to 295. AP was 310 and NP was 318. Used AP for the calc. Trainer Road interval sessions really working thou they are horrible
