    Hey just wondering if anyone knows any gym that does spinning in the evenings?

    Castlebar Cycling club do spinning classes definitely and Breaffy house.
    Also Westport and Islandeady cycling clubs hold sessions.

    You would need your own bike to do the Castlebar Cycling Club one anyway.

    Where do castlebar cycling club train out of and do you need to be a member to do the classes??

    Sorry I don't know, it might be the Sportlann. If you have a look at their website or FB page they will probably have the schedule.
    Cycling club classes are much better than those you'd get in a gym if you are looking to improve your cycling fitness.

    Andy Morans gym Health Quarters and Castle Leisure Club do spinning/fitness classes
