Have AvantCard closed down or are on strike?

Hi, It anyone else having problems with AvantCard? My card has shopped working and all their numbers are not answering from at least 9:30 this morning. I just get the opening message and then "Sorry due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take your call..." I am aware of the latest layoffs announced in the news.
