Landlords/Tenants/Property Management Companies - basically my mate and I are looking for two rooms to rent in a house/large apartment share situation in S. Co. Dublin. We both are professional guys working 9-5, Mon-Fri in Carrickmines area (so the closer to there the better). We're both in our early 30s, parking for 2 cars also needs to be available if possible. Hoping not to be paying more than €400 each per month, looking to move in in January 2016. Any help appreciated!

Mod note Moved from 3rd level accommodation forum, please take care to post in the correct forum OP.

Mod hat off...you are seriously unlikely to get rooms in that area without increasing your budget..realistically you need to add 50% to what you're currently offering to have a chance of ticking any of your boxes.

Even from just a quick look on Daft.ie, the absolute cheapest apartment to rent in South County Dublin (not even location specific beyond that) is €800 per month (and they all seem to be in the Tallaght/D24 direction). You'll find it extremely difficult to get rooms with parking spaces anywhere near €400 p/m.
