Hi all Help needed.Can I transfer music from my ITunes account(laptop) to my wife's Itiune account(iPad) by simply using a USb connection and clicking and dragging. Sorry no knowledge of how it can be done.

Plug the iPad into your laptop & you can transfer whatever music/movies/etc you have through iTunes.
