Cheque Book

    I am almost at the last cheque & up to now I would only have started a cheque book & a new book would arrive in the post. Is that system discontinued. Can I get a cheque book as usual.

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.ie. 

    When your cheque book is due to expire, a new one should automatically be issued to the address on your account. As you've not received this, please send a request through the Online Service Desk using the 'Ask a Question' option. A representative will be more than happy to request a new one for you and investigate as to why one was not issued and also ensure this does not happen again. 

    Alternatively, you can call BOI Direct on 0818365 365.
