    Does anyone know where I can pick up the cheapest copies of these games? I don't mind if they are second hand.

    Actually, can you play Fifa online if it's second hand?

    I know on Xbox if the code is used then whoever buys it second hand can't play online. Is it the same with PS4?

    Yeah game itself should be fine. The codes they come with are normally for exclusive content for an early release.
    For example, the new black ops 3 had a code with it for a bonus map pack. It was only available to those who purchased that version of the game. The game disc worked fine without it
