It had an electric cattle fence around it the time I last saw it so the farmer is aware. Must have been there a good few wks. My guess is that who ever owns it can't/won't pay for it to be removed. Perhaps it was stolen or an insurance claim dragging on, meaning it still is left there as the farmer doesn't want to pay to get it removed.
