    Sorry about this but i thought when i redeemed my powering rewards offer that the email of the coupon was automatically sent to me, so i have redeemed offers but no code to show. Thanks

    Thanks for your message.

    It can take a little while for the coupon codes to be sent once the vouchers have been redeemed with Powering Rewards.

    When did you redeem the voucher online?

    Also, in order for us to look into this in detail for you could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    We can then investigate your query.
