Email issue

We are an on line retailer the wools hop based on the south coast of Ireland, we are having an issue with emails generated from our web site and sent to customers hosted on eir com Our customers are not receiving the mails

The specific emails contain a link to down load a knitting pattern, the site is a Megento platform hosted in the UK at Edge Hosting (
The return email address is info at thewoolshop dot ie hosted in Blacknight
the emails are html and have no text version.
We do not appear to have and issue with the other major hosters like g mail
Our own spam checker gives the emails a score of 3


Is it possible to "White list" us "

Or can you give us some guidance on resolving this issue,  I can be contacted on 051-292962

Are you sending using the eir outgoing mail server mail server or a different one.  If it is not an eir one what is the server you are sending from?
