We have 2 small en-suite bathrooms back to back.
    - They are hideously small - about 3m x 1m
    - Both have a toilet, sink and shower unit (one electric)
    - Both are back to back to each other
    - Upstairs unit, with a stud/partition wall between

We'd be looking to merge them into a larger unit
    - Demo of the stud wall between the 2 small rooms
    - Closure of one of the doors so.
    - Removal of all previous fixtures
    - New shower, sink and toilet
    - Fit electric shower
    - Tile floor and shower unit

We'd be looking to save toward this but have no idea of the cost as yet.

Would anyone be able to advise or should we layout for someone to take a look and cost it properly?
Would there be any issues removing the interior stud wall between the units?

Everything is possible. Stud wall removal is typically minor unless it is also used to enclose pipework, electrical cable.

So you are basically looking for an end result of a larger ensuite with WHB, toiler and shower? All new units, and fully retiled. Is that correct ?

You'll need to budget in or around €4-5K.
