Gegging Error when trying to log in

    Good morning

    When trying login in onine l keep getting this message
    Error!
    An error occurred while processing your request.
    You can:
    • [url=javascript:history.back()]Go back [/url]and try again
    • Contact system administrator quoting the following details
      Error Code: 8001.500
      Request Id: d1afe895-f125-4701-9445-088e87e3c7ca

    Could you please confirm for us what device you used to login to your online account, and which browser?

    Also, have you tried using another browser or device in order to login to the account since receiving this error message?

    In order for us to look further into this for you could you please send us the following details in a private message?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    Tried on phone using safari and on desktop using Internet explorer , it was
    working last night as I submitted my meter readings

    its back working again
