    I'm great! :D

    Myself & herself just had our Christmas dinner. We do this every year, because she goes home to her family for a week, so I cook a massive dinner and we sorta celebrate Christmas early. So yeah, I get 2 Christmases, how cool is that? We exchange gifts and all.

    I'm super happy, got my Steam controller :D

    Any chance of a recipe for the ham please? It sounds unreal.

    I had rum ham at a wedding last year and it was incredible. It was honestly the nicest ham I have ever had, and I wouldn't usually be a fan of spiced/marinaded/flavoured hams, but this was incredible.

    I usually get a pre-cooked ham, slice it into pieces that'll fit nicely in a roasting tray, pour dark rum over it and then just let it soak for a couple of hours. Stick it in a nice hot oven then, and you don't want to do it for too long, 15-20 minutes, flip the slices once. Then what you do with the rum that's left in the roasting tray, you use that as a base for your gravy. Richest gravey ever. ;)

    I swear to God... My mother is in a mood and taking it out on everyone else. I know what the mood is about. Her back is sore. So therefore in her head it seems to be a good idea to take the head off anyone who even talks to her.

    Same here.

    I had a mushroom risotto once, haven't touched risotto since, it reminded me of overcooked rice that still had starchy water on it. Like a bowl of gloopy, sloppy mushy rice. I haven't been able to stomach it since, even the sight of it makes me heave. :o

    Me too. I don't understand why she thinks taking everyone's head off is the solution tbh.
