    Yeah i know what you mean....its a vicious cycle isn't it, can get overly anxious myself at times which makes things more stressful than they need to be. I've started meditating for 20 mins a day and it does help alot to really calm my nerves and help me to think clearer about worries and stuff.

    It is a viscous cycle :( Depression and anxiety are bad enough on their own, without having insomnia added into the mix, but nine times out of then it makes an effort to involve itself.

    If its my depression that kicks it off and I am depressed then that gets my anxiety going then in kicks insomnia, it's worse for me if it happens that way, I find it hard to deal with for some reason.

    I'm not sure why or what it is, it's just always been that way for me.

    How's everyone today? Hope yer all having a lovely day and don't get too wet in that rain :)

    Would a nap help? Today seems to be dragging, not sure why, must be cos its Tuesday :)

    I'm good, looking up laptops as I want to sell my current one and get a new one.

    Getting overwhelmed with them all. My ex works in IT so any time I needed to sell/buy a laptop, he was there to help :o

    I've a Lenovo T420 at the minute, looking to get the newer model of it or something similar maybe :)
