    Nuke... Mars... I don't get how that could be a thing... But then again, Donald Trump is a thing that won't die, so anything's possible.

    It takes the body so fecking long to come down from that adrenaline high of a panic/anxiety attack, such a head wreck! I remember the last really bad one that hit me was when I was sitting in our old office a year ago copying some data off the network that I'd forgotten when we moved. I have no idea what triggered it, it was a familiar and comfortable surrounding, but sure that's how it goes sometimes. I was perfectly calm after 2 minutes, but I kept sweating and shaking and the heart rate was high. Sat there trying to calm the body with breathing techniques etc and it still took nearly a half hour before I was able to get up and move about without wobbling. You mind yourself caffy!

    Fantastic, one of my family ate the pizza I was saving for myself. Or, more accurately, they cooked it, picked off the toppings, and ate about half of the pizza before dumping the rest.

    Both wasteful, and inconsiderate!

    I did, but as per usual it's "oh I didn't know it was yours". Yes, because it clearly belongs to our mother that doesn't eat pizza, or our sister who gets sick if she eats pizza.
