    That can be incredibly frustrating, had a friend who would do similar so I just ended up not exactly making plans with them anymore. Simply said "hey I'm going to be at this location for few drinks/food if you're about land in" and left it at that.     Yeah it is, I honestly don't know what is with her at all.

    Over a year ago she started developing this attitude and since she's gotten into a relationship her attitude with everyone else has gotten so much worse.

    She has a very strong "fcuk you" attitude towards everyone. She behaves like a diva/princess most of the time and expects others to just pander to her.

    I didn't reply to her yesterday at all, was too annoyed to, so I had a message from her today, and said if she wanted to call to mine at the weekend she could. No reply yet. I know she won't come over, because you, it means she would have to do something and suit someone else, but at least I've tried and made an effort.
