    Best of luck with that. A lot of places are going with competency type interviews. Give an example of where you had to deal with a difficult customer type Q's

    Thank you :) So far, I haven't really had to deal with such interviews. Most I've been at have just been a run through the CV, a bit about me, a bit about the role, etc. More like a general chat really, and they've been pretty short - around 20 minutes or so. Such interviews didn't stop me from getting my current role two years ago. I'd hate to do an interview for Google. The stuff they ask seems quite bizzare!
