    I'm not bad at all, hectic day today but was a good one:) Also been invited to an another Xmas party next Monday in Kilkenny, not sure if I'm gonna go yet

    indeed I do :D two of my appointments this week have ended up being cancelled but still really busy in the next two weeks

    Also the person I emailed a few days ago has accepted the favour of writing the foreword, great news!:D They would like to read the book to get a feel for what the foreword will say, will be the first time anyone has seen it since February, wee bit scared now!
