Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Haven't read it but certainly planning to. Seems fascinating, and something that the English should and due to incompetence probably won't follow on from.

One comment on the reviews: "Was never aware of the hurdles and old guard politics that needed to be overcome". I haven't read the book obviously but that seems eerily similar to England.

Apparently the decision was made after losing 1-5 to England?

Look how the changes worked, compared to how useless England are now.

Things need to change drastically from the bottom up. We're never going to win a world cup but there's no reason we can't be a good tier 2 side like Sweden or Russia

Even so.....Germany were in the World Cup final less than a year after that happened.
They were poor in Euro 2000 and 2004 mind (knocked out in the Group stage of both)
