Black Friday / Cyber Monday Irish Deals ?

So im going to be building a pc soon. Going to be spending €1000. What websites will be doing good deals on all computer components? Would i be better off getting cheap components on amazon(dot)com and pay the import charges or get them off irish websites?

German wbsites always seem to have extreamly low delivery charges
