Does anyone have a nice recipe for a cookie press? I used Betty Crockers one (227g butter, 100g sugar, 270g flour and 1 egg). The mixture was very sticky and the cookies didn't come out of the press very well. When they were cooked they were really brittle and had all stuck to the baking tray.
