    Hi guys, im building a house on outskirts of Maynooth and was wondering if anyone could recommend an engineer/architect to draw up plans for the house

    If you're from Louth, and building from scratch (not on a current dwelling), obtaining planning will be all but impossible. If you have a partner from the area, they will not have a hope if they are from within the town zone limits. It would need to be something like on or next to a parents land.

    Personal and others experience. But if you want to build an estate on top of a busy interchange, that's no problem!
