Guys,A friend of mine is having problems with his visonic powermaster 10 panel, its installed about 3-4 years and has had no issues but last week it started self setting for want of a better word.Basically they would be in bed and around 11.45 the panel would start counting down as if it was setting, unless they got down the stairs it would go off.this happened a good few times and also at the same time in the morning. Is there any settings i can check or has anybody heard of something like this before on the powermaster 10 ? thanks

Its probably an entry zone that's activating. Could be the front door or maybe a PiR set up as entry.
If they let the alarm activate after the timer runs down it will log what zone is activating.

yeah had a look last night somebody had accidently gone into the settigns and enabled the autoarm feature so it went off every night at 12 am and so when they turned off the power to the panel and turned it back on a few days later the time was lost and it started arming at a different time.this can be done from the user settings,ie you dont need to go into the installer section with code, fixed now.thanks
