Reporting damaged pole

Hi The pole outside our house is leaning ever since Irish water installed the meter beside it. I can't get through on 1901, pressing 0" to transfer my call to customer service " bring s me back to the start of the automated responses. Is there an email address or direct line I could use?

There is an area called the alterations & dangerous plant division who can be contacted on 1850 245 424 - this would be the best number to call.
