customise a statement

    Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to order a customised bank statement showing deposits only between a specific date range, you could do this before online but the option is no longer available.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Once a statement has been produced it's not possible to change the date span on it. If a duplicate statement is ordered, this will be an exact copy of the original statement issued.

    If you wish, you can export specific transactions in CSV format from your transaction history on Banking 365 online. To do this, please select 'Statements' on the left hand navigation bar, select 'Advanced' and input the required dates.
