Dunno is it just my tv but the crowd noise seems to fluctuate,as if sky are tinkering with it

sadly the fancy dress party with lots of drunks and crap chants is the way sky want it , i prefer it to the stone wall silence of the BDO you need an atmosphere , but as said above the early rounds can be uneventful which brings in the crowd that bit more

from a darts point of view though , i am not too sure of the influx of BDO players each year ,i cant see the likes of alan norris ever troubling the pdc top 10

Lewis is some lump of a man, but he doesn't look as big as I've seen him before, anyone know if he's lost some weight?

    Holly, my God.....

The song's are good craic. Creates a bit of atmosphere and is far better than the BDO. I've no issue with the Yaya/Kolo song. Fantastic stuff when you in the theater.

Maybe, but I'd expect King to disrupt his flow, don't think he'll beat King easily

Yes Klaasen threw very well last night but I don't find him dependable, if King rattles him (and he will), Jelle could be in trouble.

Whenever the crowd sings "boring, boring tables" they turn down the crowd noise. They've been doing it since last year at all events. They drown out some other chants like "get your tits out for the lads" etc. I presume it's to try and stop people singing it as you don;t hear it as much when watching it on the TV. I wish they would drown out that stupid Yaya/Kolo chant!

Klaasen looked excellent last night, he really is playing the best darts of his life at the moment. His problem has always been inconsistency though so we will have to see how he gets on.

If I hear that Toure brothers song again I think I'm going to kick in my screen.

They cut to a scene of some berk dressed as the 'Honey Monster' dancing to it last night and I let a few strong profanities out of me.

caven's finishing was excellent hardly missed a double agreed he was under no pressure but giving the standerd in some of the games in round 2 , you will see more of the same . caven wont be too far away against wade or newton in the next round

That was a serious Chisnell love in. It was embarrassingly one-sided, in terms of commentary and balance.
