Apologies if this is a double post, I'm new to this. I recently bought an apartment and needed to have it reconnected, I received my first bill today and seem to have been charged twice for reconnection. Surely this cannot be right. I can't afford to pay this cost twice. Can someone contact me on this Asap please.
