Order confirmation ??

    Hi I've placed an order today over the phone and wAs told that I will get an email with confrmation, but nothing happened. I've placed order at 12 , then send an email with confirmation of my address , rang again, been told that someone will get in touch with me. I gave my card details over tHe phone and was hoping that it will be dispatched tomorrow and maybe even delivered overnight...but now I don't knOw what is the order status as I got no reply for my email or anything..

    What is the story here ?

    Hi ladasik, welcome to Boards and the Richersounds Forum.


    As you will see from elsewhere on this forum, things have been pretty busy for the last few days for the guys in RS, between Black Friday and an online sake here on Boards -  consequently response times might not be as prompt as usual. I'm sure RS will be back to you in due course.
