I'm looking to have a christening for 30 people. Thinking of a sit down dinner but open to other options.

    Any suggestions?

Swapna Indian restaurant behind Naas courthouse has an upstairs area for events.

Keadeen is another option - private dining rom available.

Athgarvan Inn have a raised area they will close off for private party.

That's a lot of people to be getting christened at once.

Not sure what church would be able to help you.

Sarsfields gaa club and Ryton sports and lesiure club cater for weddings, christening and all types of functions.

Had one in Fallons before and it was great. Plenty of space in a private room if you have other small kids

I've emailed them twice but they haven't gotten back to me.

    Avoid.

If they can't be bothered to reply to an enquiry for business then that's a bad sign. It screams of flakiness and disorganisation.

    Go for the Ballymore Inn.

Have had both of our christenings in the Keadeen. Excellent service and food and a pleasure to work with.

Would you not just pick up the phone and ring them? I would never expect a restaurant/bar or any non-office based business to respond to emails.

The Hanged Man in Miltown has a private room (we had about 34 in it) and did lovely food.

The Hanged man's arch and Fallons are at the top end of the price scale, would recommend All Seasons Reasturent in Newbridge, lovely food and reasonable prices.
