Buying 4s Charger

Where would I get a decent 4s charger? Don't want to buy from Apple as this 4s it's an old one the sister has spare and we want to give it to our Mam but also don't want one of those €2 chargers that could catch fire. Anyone rec a decent place to get one?

Anker one off Amazon, or even just get the Apple one. They're not too expensive.
