Modern Play-a-Long Music Books for Kids

Hi all,

Want to get a music book for the smallies for Xmas, they're learning piano and violin and love listening to stuff on the radio and playing along with it... good ear training.

Anyone know of any newly published books for beginners that would have the likes of Adele etc. in it? Ideally comes with a CD.

Had a look on Amazon but there's so much out there hard to filter through it all

The Really Easy Piano series includes famous artists' songs such as Adele into the easiest way to play possible but sounding still great exactly like the original. For practicing the piano OR other instruments even, the Razzamajazz series by Sarah Watts is also brilliant. I play the Recorder and use this series whilst my piano teacher plays the background music for me - which also comes along in the Recorder book! Two instruments in ONE! There are separate books for Piano though of completely different pieces.
