    Hi, I’m currently waiting on my house to be finished being built, it’s due to be finished July 2018, I’ve opened a BOI current account with the understanding we would get 2% back writhing 45 days of drawing down and a further 1% in 5 years, I’m only now hearing that the offer is only valid until June 2018, is there any suggestion this offer might be extended? I find it unfair to be let to believe we would get the 2% back after telling the bank all the details , thank you

    We're sorry to hear that you were unaware that this Cashback offer was ending in June 2018. If you are on a self build mortgage you can qualify for the Cashback offer once the first draw down is made between 5th September 2016 and 30th June 2018, and that you meet the other terms and conditions of the offer. Please see these terms and conditions on our website here.

    We would advise you to contact your Mortgage Specialist directly to clarify your specific Mortgage offer and they will be happy to help you.
