Closed account but getting bills.

    Hi, 

    I closed my Eircom account in October 2014 but as of October this year I have been receiving emails informing me that I have a bill available for viewing. Upon logging into my account it says 'Your account is now ceased'. This is true as I closed the account 14 months ago.

    Could you have a look into this please?
