Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just a curious question here but what other Irish Republic bank machines will give me my Ulster Bank balance as well as the Ulster Bank machines themselves?

I've tred the internet banking with UB but it can be awkward and I often forget the log in details for it. I live in Salthill which only has an AIB and BOI atm. I have tried to read my balance on the BOI atm but it spits my card out when I press check balance.

You can only view your balance on an ATM that the card is for.

    Ulster Bank only.

BoI have no way of viewing your UB bank balance to display it on ATM screen.

you can see your balance on bank machines in Peru, but they'd probably be smaller by the time you got there....

I'm sure if you rang your UB branch they'd help you out on this. The call might be transferred to NI but you'd get assistance from them.

From what I can see, there are two branches close enough to you (approx 1 mile). You could check your balance in one of these?

See branch locator link below (just insert 'Salthill' into the search panel).

Ulster Bank have an app for your phone, which while being limited it's perfect for checking your balance.
It only requires a pin number for access, so very easy.
