Cancelling Landline service - Procedure?

    What is the correct procedure for cancelling the landline service and how do I ensure that firstly I am not in contract to Eir before I do so.

    Hi Stinicker, 


    The cancellation process is to contact the customer care team on 1901, they'll log this on your account and give you all details to follow through with. They do require a 30 days notice period for cancellation.
