xbox one and eVision not holding screen resolution

This is driving me crazy but I have just changed over to eVision from sky and now every time I switch on the xbox the screen res from the eVision box displays a zoom picture format. No matter how many times I set it to 1080p it keeps zooming in. I don't want to bypass the xbox as I love the integration. Anybody same…
