My employers nomination has recently been approved & I submitted my transition stream application this week. It took 6 months to process my employers nomination & I'm wondering approx how long is my application likely to take?
I would have submitted my application 6 months ago but my employer had some financial issues & I was worried about playing Russian Roulette with the application fee.

I would keep track of visa forum over at Poms in Oz. You get a lot of traffic there and people post submission dates, approvals and locations etc.

Mine took 5 months but I submitted everything together but it can vary a lot of location, time of year and volume of applications. Below is thread I kept an eye on for mine and it was pretty much spot on:
